Falling ad revenue, bad demographics
Eisner seeing our billboard while sitting in traffic

Bashing by critics and falling ratings
These are a few of my favorite things.

"According to Jim" and "My wife and kids"
Will never help abc get off the skids
Laughing out loud as "the fat lady sings"
These are a few of my favorite things.

When the kids fight, when the phone rings,
When i'm feeling sad
I simply remember my "Once and Again"
And then i don't feel soooo bad.
